Anna Silk

Anna Silk (born January 31 1974) is a Canadian actress most commonly known for her role as Bo from the Showcase TV show Lost Girl. Silk was born in Fredericton, New Brunswick in Canada. Ilkay Silk, and Peter Silk have been the fathers of Silk. Ilkay is a playwright and director and plays the role of drama instructor in St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is a bit of a child with earliest memories of watching and attending rehearsals for performances. Silk was a part of numerous commercials for kids. The year 1997 was the time she earned an associate's degree from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas was involved in at least two productions in the theater's early days, such as Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1999). Silk was able to move from Toronto in November 1999, to Los Angeles California to pursue her acting career. She met her new husband, Seth Cooperman, at an actor's workshop held in Los Angeles in 2007. They got married in December 2009 following a civil ceremony. They were married in Fredericton on April 10th 2011they renewed their vows after her decision to convert to Judaism. Silk gave birth to an infant son named Samuel Jerome Cooperman in May 2013. Levi Aaron was her second born son on 13 May 2016. Silk's television work includes the role of Cassidy Holland in Being Erica for which she received a Gemini Awards nomination in 2009. Silk was cast in the lead role as Bo Dennis, a succubus and a succubus as Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. Silk revealed to fans the good information that she was pregnant on the set of the final episode of season 3 in an exclusive pre-show to promote Season Three. This was presented by Showcase in the special Season Three show held January 6th, 2013 prior to the series' premiere. Silk tweeted on June 20th 2013 that the show was coming back to production. Fourth season debuted on June 4th 2013 by Showcase and Prodigy Pictures. CNN Cable News Network named Bo, along with Lauren Zoie Palmer as the couple with the same name on Lost Girl to be one of their top TV Couples of all time. E! Magazine declared that they were the top TV Couples of 2013. Entertainment Television. Due to the show's popularity, Silk has garnered a prominent online following on social media.
